Life like anything else in life needs maintenance and a little work to make it better. If your life is great, its quality can still be better and if your life isn't where you want it to be these tips can help you increase the quality of your life.

- Emotional and Mental health.
Work on relationships with friends and family. Make time for them and keep working on listening to them and sharing your feelings also.
Always make some time for yourself no matter how busy you are. Take 10 minutes in the morning and have a cup of coffee outside or go for a short walk lunchtime and read or find something that works for you.
- Physical Well Being
Begin by eating better. Have an open mind and try some healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Eat less fat and make home made meals that have less chemicals. Exercise. You don't have to try to run a 4 minute mile. You can begin with stretching your muscles for 15 minutes each morning before breakfast. Play tennis or golf or go bowling with your friends . This can build relationships and help you get needed exercise at the same time.
- Occupational/ Financial well being
Occupational well being means not hating your job so much that you dread going each morning. There are many industries and although tough times means it's harder getting a job it doesn't mean you can't learn new skills or try. Take a look at your resume once a month and see where you can make it better. Send out your resume to at least one place of employment a week. Even if you are already working. This will help keep options open to increase the quality of you life.
